Today is the Doll Festival in which we celebrate for girls in Japan.
I wanted to make "chirashi-sushi", but I was not sure that I could do it, so I prepared something similar to it for my dinner tonight.
This is totally my original dish. What do you think of it!? The yellow part is boiled yolks which were already separated from egg whites. The green one is boiled Nanohana.
This is Tsurushi-bina which I bought in Izu several years ago. I can enjoy such a beautiful ornament at this time of the year!!
